As a result in solving time, team, and money from commercial construction management with direct construction cost ranging from $26 million to $75 million, Alex and his partners managed to co-own multiple real estate properties and is on target to complete 16 more in the next 12 months. As the US dollar gets weaker over time, Alex shows people to take the fear out of letting money to collect dust. Instead, he allows other people's money to work while Private Money Lenders kick back and relax.

Alex is a Real Estate Investor, Capital Raiser, and shares his 1-million AMEX point milestone story not just for travel & cashback, but for learning from real estate investors and business owners all over the US and Canada. At first, Alex didn't kick off in real estate. After 10 years in traffic engineering and commercial construction, Alex had his fill in working for other people. Although Alex was highly recognized in the project management realm, he decided to make use of his time to help others raise private money with some residential construction.
